The rapidly expanding Moore Regional Hospital badly needed to replace its outmoded and outgrown administrative space. It also needed to provide an environment for public and medical staff education. This addition and the adaptive reuse of an old "Nurse's Building" adjacent to the site provided comprehensive educational and administrative facilities.

Features include a distance learning lecture hall, multiple classrooms, kitchen, a physicians' library, the boardroom, and executive office suites.
